Designed for families, groups and longer stays, the penthouse combines the privacy of an apartment with distinctive wellness facilities rarely found in central Tokyo. Guests can relax in the sauna, enjoy quiet evenings on the rooftop, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and explore Tokyo with convenient access to two major subway lines.

The residence extends across multiple levels, with separate areas for sleeping, dining, relaxation, and outdoor enjoyment.

The 3rd floor includes the main bedroom, additional sleeping spaces, a private sauna, a shower, a bathroom, and a toilet.
The 4th floor offers an open living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a second toilet.
Above the apartment, the furnished rooftop terrace provides a private outdoor space for relaxing.

Please note that the apartment begins on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator. Guests must use the stairs.
