Private Chef or Japanese Cooking Experience
A private chef can transform the penthouse kitchen into a personal dining venue. Guests can choose a menu, discuss dietary requirements and watch the preparation from the high dining table.
Some chefs also allow guests to participate, turning dinner into an informal private cooking lesson. This can be a memorable way to learn about Japanese ingredients, preparation methods and presentation without travelling to a separate cooking studio.

In-Penthouse Relaxation Massage
After sightseeing or business meetings, guests can arrange a professional relaxation massage in the privacy of the penthouse. Yokohama Refle provides mobile massage services to homes and accommodation throughout Yokohama, including the Yokohama Station and Minatomirai areas. The therapist brings the equipment required for the treatment. A few therapists speak basic English, and translation assistance is also available. Two therapists may be requested for a couple wishing to receive treatments at the same time.

Advance reservation

This is a relaxation service and not a medical treatment. The provider may decline treatment for guests who are pregnant, under 18, intoxicated or affected by certain health conditions.

Families staying at The Brick Base Yokohama may arrange a screened English-speaking babysitter at the penthouse. This can allow parents to enjoy dinner, attend a business event or explore Yokohama while their children remain in familiar surroundings.
Babysitters & company provides childcare at hotels, serviced apartments and Airbnb accommodation in Yokohama. Its sitters speak English and undergo background, work-history and reference checks. Liability insurance is included.
Depending on the arrangement, a sitter may:
