Compensation:

• From ~¥4,500 and up per apartment

• ¥6,000–¥15,000 per guesthouse one time weekly

We are a real estate and property management company with over 300 furnished apartments and guesthouses across Tokyo. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team.

 Job Description:

• Clean and organize furnished apartments and guesthouses

• Prepare rooms for guests, restock amenities

• Occasional deep cleaning or pre-move-in setups

　Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in cleaning (homes, hotels, clinics, offices, etc.)

• Can work independently and follow checklists

• Authorized to work in Japan

• Available for at least 1 year

• Conversational Japanese is helpful, but not required

• Average working hours are 10 am – 4 pm, but might differ based on project and location.

• Target location JR Yamanote Line Komagome Station and Sebu Shinjuku Lne Numabukuro Station

Basic Qualifications:

• Committed to working various shift times, AM/PM

• Proactive- immediately communicates concerns and reacts to situations

• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (i.e., boots, gloves, goggles, etc.), hand tools (i.e., mops, brooms, etc.), power equipment/tools and disinfectants, degreasing chemicals, and all cleaning products

• Willing to get dirty and clean up others’ messes

• Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests

• Able to read, write, and speak the English language

• Proficient in the use of mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)

• Self-directed and able to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality

• Comfortable working in fast fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enjoys cleaning

• Previous experience in a cleaning environment (previous housekeeping, kitchen/restaurant, or other busy cleaning environments)

• Previous experience in a self-directed role requiring little follow-up/supervision

• Knowledge of the Japanese language

Management is multilingual and speaks Japanese and English

Flexible scheduling is available. Clean during the day, on your own time. Great opportunity for freelancers or part-timers.
