PRICE PLAN

  • Which areas areas do we work in Japan?
    CraftSnap's current targets are the Tokyo, Saitama, Kanagawa, and Chiba areas. Please inquire about other areas in Japan, or overseas.
  • Is it possible to specify the shooting time or whether to shoot in the rain?
    Yes, you can specify this when making a schedule in advance.
  • I don't have time to take photos during the day. Can we have the photo shoot at night?
    Yes, absolutely. We can also combine day and night photo shoots.
  • Can I have both day and night photos taken?
    Yes, that is possible, please inquire here.
  • Is it okay if I don't attend the shoot?
    Yes, if you advise us on how to open the door in advance, you don't need to be present.
  • Do I need to specify the composition and angle of the photoshoot?
    We leave it up to you, so if you need to specify or have a preference, please let us know in advance.
  • Can I request a photo of only the exterior?
    Yes, we will prepare in advance according to the content of the shooting request.
  • Can I specify the number of images?
    The number of images varies depending on the size of the property, such as the number of rooms. Please refer here for a rough guideline for the number of rooms and property size. When we receive a request that exceeds the above guideline, we will provide you with an estimate that includes option fees.
  • Is there anything I need to prepare before the day of the shoot?
    Please make sure the area is ready for shooting, including cleaning. Also, all lights will be turned on during the shoot, so please check in advance that no light bulbs are burned out.
  • Can you help with the interior and furniture arrangement for a better outcome?
    Yes, absolutely, please inquire in advance.
  • What are the photo shoot fees?
    Please, contact us so we can provide a quote based on your needs. Our basic price list and contact form.
  • Does the shooting fee include image editing fees?
    It depends on the plan. Our high-quality photography lets us handle tasks like white balance adjustments and blurring car license plates. When you require advanced image editing services, such as removing electric wires, please contact us separately.
  • Will transportation expenses be charged separately?
    We charge a flat rate starting at 2,000 yen. Prices may vary depending on the area, so we will provide you with a quote when you request the photo shoot.
  • Can I also discuss interior coordination or private lodging-related services in addition to photography?
    Yes, that's possible. Please feel free to contact us.
  • I wish to renovate, and clean my premises, do you have the services?
    Yes, that's possible. Remodeling, renovation, and cleaning can be handled. Please inquire in advance.
  • Policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
    We generally do not accept returns or cancellations after purchase. Please contact us as we can only reprocess images if there is a defect in image data.
  • What should I do if I want to cancel a shoot?
    If you wish to cancel a shoot, please call or email us at least 3 days in advance. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, we will charge half the shoot fee, or when you cancel 24 hours in advance, a full shoot fee will be charged. *No cancellation will be charged in the case of postponement. *If you are unable to arrive at the location on the day to shoot (no one is present, no keys, etc.), you will be charged the full shoot fee even if the shoot is postponed. *If you are unable to go to the location on the day to take the photos (due to lack of presence, lack of keys, etc.), a fee of the full photography cost will be charged even if the photo shoot is postponed.
  • Can I use the data freely?
    As long as it is used by the customer who requested the photography data, there is no restriction on using it in any medium as many times as you like.
  • If I don't like the photos, can I request revisions or a refund?
    We cannot offer revisions or refunds after photos have been taken and delivered.
